How do I select the correct compressor capacity?

Start with measured or calculated peak flow, minimum operating pressure, duty cycle, simultaneity and planned expansion. Motor power alone is not a sizing method. ITT can survey the plant and calculate a practical operating range.

Do you provide complete installation and commissioning?

Yes. We coordinate equipment placement, receivers, dryers, filters, electrical requirements, distribution piping, testing, commissioning and operator handover.

How can we reduce compressed-air energy cost?

Typical priorities include leakage control, correct pressure settings, compressor sequencing, low-pressure-drop piping, clean filtration and matching supply to production demand. An air audit helps rank improvements by return.

Which piping system is better: aluminium or PPR?

Aluminium provides modular installation and low internal friction; properly specified industrial PPR can suit cost-sensitive applications. Pressure, temperature, environment, expansion and installation quality determine the right choice.
